Self-Service Dog Wash Instructions
Please press each button once for the step you’re on. Wait 1–2 seconds for it to start.

- First, secure your dog using the catch chain in the tub.
- Make a contactless payment of £10 to start the wash cycle.
- Press the rinse button.
- Use the shower head to rinse your dog thoroughly (top button push forward )
- Takes about 1 minute
- Press the Shampoo button.
- Shampoo will come through the shower head.
- Work it into your dog’s coat with your hands, avoiding eyes and ears.
- Takes about 1-2 minutes
- Press the Rinse button.
- Rinse all the shampoo out until the water runs clear.
- Takes about 1-2 minutes
- Press the flea tick button.
- Flea & tick shampoo will come through the shower head.
- Apply evenly, again avoiding eyes and ears.
- Takes about 1-2 minutes
- Press the Rinse button again.
- Make sure all Flea & tick conditioner is rinsed out.
- Takes about 1-2 minutes
- Press the Blow Dryer button.
- Use the dryer or your own towel to dry your pet.
- About 3 minutes
- Tip: Allow 30 seconds for the dryer to reach full power.
- Once your dog is out of the tub, press the Sanitise button.
- Rinse and clean the tub for the next pup!
